Cílem předmětu je vytvořit a upevnit pozitivní postoj k tělesné kultuře, zvláště návyk pohybové pravidelné činnosti a kompenzovat jednostranné zatížení studentů, seznámit s možnostmi aktivního odpočinku.

- definovat zásady bezpečnosti při různých pohybových aktivitách
