Course objectives (in Czech)
Předmět je koncipován jako praktický. Tělesná příprava zdokonaluje a prohlubuje základní pohybové dovednosti, upevňuje a rozšiřuje poznatky z tělesné kultury.

Cílem předmětu je vytvořit a upevnit pozitivní postoj k tělesné kultuře, zvláště návyk pohybové pravidelné činnosti a kompenzovat jednostranné zatížení studentů, seznámit s možnostmi aktivního odpočinku.
